Alan came out and gave us an honest assessment of our very old furnace (Smithsonian ready) and duct work. We needed a whole new system. His crew consisted of Steve Gaylord and Chris Rodriguez and they were just terrific. Both of them answered all of our questions and they were easy to work with. The guys were also respectful of our space and home. All work was done in between the snow storms and cold weather. The cost was affordable but well worth it. We also have a heat pump! It is just lovely having the whole house at the same comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend them!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Infinite Heating and cooling. Allan and Laurie are so friendly and professional to work with. Laurie was so quick to respond to my call and Allan was able to come out, diagnose what our problem was and replace the thermostat that was going out. I have been struggling for years trying to figure out how to work the system properly because I didn't have any directions. Allan went the extra mile to find instructions, online, for us. I definitely will be keeping their phone number handy!
